Charity Mount Everest Ascent

To support OC Lauren Hill (25) who is raising money for the mental health charity Student Minds, Monday 11 May saw Grenville pupils, and a few select guests, climb the height of Everest by ascending the 3-storey Science Block staircase: 35 pupils, 35 times in 1 hour.
Congratulations to one energetic 2nd Year who actually climbed the Science Block 50 times in 50 minutes – remarkable! There were lots of smiling, if slightly red, faces at the end of the challenge.
Everyone was very pleased to have raised £65 for the charity, which advocates for mental health support for students and empowers them to build their own mental health toolkit. Why not help us raise even more and support this worthwhile charity by visiting the JustGiving page:
