Student Wins in Guildhall School National Competition

Fifth Year student Jayden has achieved outstanding success, winning the Under 17 Percussion category at the prestigious Guildhall Young Artists National Percussion Competition.

Held at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, the event brought together some of the country’s most talented young musicians from across the Guildhall Young Artists network, music hubs and junior conservatoires.

Jayden performed in front of an expert panel of judges and also took part in workshops designed to support and inspire young performers. Adjudicators praised the event’s positive atmosphere, highlighting both the exceptional musical standards and the opportunity for students to learn alongside other gifted percussionists. Jayden’s achievement is a fantastic recognition of his dedication, skill and musical talent.
