Five GCSE biology students at Churcher’s College have successfully won gold medals at the Royal Society of Biology (RSB) annual Biology Junior Challenge competition.  The victorious students are Josiah Wilson, Mara James, Jack Foremen, Oliver Fogelin and Jasper Jones.  Nearly 50,000 students from across the world take part in the RSB Junior Competition and only the top 5% achieve a Gold Medal.

All gold medal winners are invited to apply for one of only 40 tickets to the RSB Awards ceremony at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in London, and this year Josiah was the only Churcher’s student lucky enough to get a ticket.

Congratulations to all the students on their science success!
