The Churcher's College equestrian teams have continued to build on their competition successes and have been out and about competing recently. In early October, several students travelled to Felbridge in East Sussex with the aim of qualifying for the National Championships. In the showjumping classes, Amelia Dallyn was clear in the 80 cm, then a team of Phoebe Dallyn, Clemmie Foster, Jojo Porter Wright and Livi Moss competed in the 1m05 and came second, thereby qualifying for the Championships. Unfortunately, clashes with other activities mean that some of the girls cannot attend, but Churcher's hopes remain alive with Clemmie Foster, who qualified individually in the 1 05m and 1 10m classes and will compete on the weekend of October 21st. She is joined by Fifth Former Harriet Williams, who won both of her dressage competitions and will represent Churcher's on her pony Reko.

On 15 October, Rosie Taylor competed in two classes at Coombelands Showjumping event and came second in the 70cm grass roots class, with Millie Butterworth also chieving second place in the 75cm class and ninth in the 85cm class. Livi Moss came a very respectable seventh in the 90cm. Sixth Former Izzy Rendall has also been competing and won both of her classes at the Alton School showjumping event in October.
