With a squad of 21 students from First Year to Upper Sixth, the Churcher's College Equestrian Team have been out competing in the first half of the Autumn Term.

Wins at Qualifiers have meant five girls are off to the NSEA Championships, comprised of Jojo, Clemmie, Issie, Aneka and Sophia, whilst several pupils were out competing at Coombelands with a win for Jocelyn in the 80cm.

Additionally, Clemmie, Josephine, Issie, and Charlie won the NSEA National Schools 1 05 Championship yesterday at Addington Equestrian Centre, competing against schools from across the UK who had all won their regional qualifiers over the last 12 months to qualify.

Churcher's were lying in 2nd place after the first round before winning after the jump-off round, becoming national champions.

Clemmie was also placed in both the 1 20m and 1 10m National Championships.

Aneka competed in the 90-95cm Jumping with Style Championships with Issie and Josephine competing in the 1 10 plate, both coming third. Sophia Monk came fourth in the Preliminary Dressage Plate.

A huge well done to all.
