Enterprising Minds Conference

On Thursday 6 November, fourteen of our Lower Sixth students attended the Enterprising Minds conference at Benenden School.

The theme of the day was Creating Impact in a Fast-Changing World, with students hearing from six inspiring speakers following a warm welcome from Rachel Bailey, Headmistress of Benenden.

Particular highlights included insightful talks delivered by speakers like Sophy Norris, Founder of The Alligator Pi Agency and host of the podcast The Dangerous Women Collective, who spoke about podcasting and external presentation in business; Benet Northcote, one of the UK’s leading experts in sustainability, who discussed How to Have an Impact in Different Walks of Life; and Alexandra Van Houtte, Founder and CEO of Tagwalk, who shared her entrepreneurial experience with the talk, Starting a Business.
