Equestrian Team Wraps Up Season with Rosettes

On the 27 June our Equestrian Team of Third, Fourth and Fifth Year pupils headed to the Hurst College National School Show Jumping Championships at Hickstead to compete against 25 teams in the senior 1m section.
Only 10 teams make it through to the next round in the International Arena, and as a team of three instead of four, all their scores would count. As a team they finished just outside the top 10 in the morning round. Our Fifth Year pupil jumped clear to qualify to jump in the International Arena which was an amazing experience.
Students that have competed for the Churcher’s Equestrian Team this year have all received rosettes in thanks for their hard work and commitment around a busy school and sporting schedule.
They look forward to the 2026/26 season.
