During our Oxbridge mock interview week, 16 of our Upper Sixth students took part in a total of 33 interviews with a team of our academic staff, alongside two Oxbridge graduate parent volunteers and one Old Churcherian. Students applying for subjects including PPE, Engineering, Maths, History, Computer Science, Law, English, Chemistry, Economics, Geography and Natural Sciences had the opportunity to practise tutorial-style interviews in preparation for their Oxbridge interviews, which take place from late November until mid-December. These mock interviews form the final stage of our Oxbridge Programme, which runs from January of the Lower Sixth through to November in the Upper Sixth, supporting our Oxbridge applicants throughout the process.

An Old Churcherian and Oxford Modern Languages graduate will be joining Dr Verney to speak to Lower Sixth Oxbridge applicants and their parents/guardians at the Oxbridge Programme launch presentation in January. He will share his experiences both as an applicant and undergraduate, as well as his insights gained from being involved in Oxford admissions since graduating.
