Silver DofE Final Expedition

A few days before starting their 5th Year, students undertook their Silver DofE Final Assessed Expedition in Exmoor.

For the first time, one of the teams included a student in a wheelchair and this team completed the Tarka Trail between Braunton and Meeth. The hiking teams navigated across the moor over three days, including climbing Dunkery Beacon.

The students were fortunate with the weather but challenged by relentless hills.
