The ‘CyberFirst Girls Competition’, organised by the National Cyber Security Centre, encourages Year 7 and 8 girls to explore careers in cyber security through team challenges in cryptography, logic, artificial intelligence, and networking.

Churcher’s entered five teams, and after ten days of intense code-breaking, achieved exceptional results. Team ‘Phish Fingers 2.0’ secured 1st place, followed by ‘Cyber Ninjas’ in 2nd and ‘Ctrl+Alt+Eat’ in 3rd.

All three of these teams placed in the top 50 nationally among independent schools and special congratulations go to 'UU', who achieved the highest individual score with 2,290 points—an outstanding accomplishment.
