Debating Society

The Sixth Form Debating Society hosted the Regional Second Round of the ESU Debating Competition. Competing against Christ’s Hospital, Seaford College, St Philip Howard Catholic School and Bishop Luffa School, they presented a powerful case that climate protests which cause disruption are morally justified, which saw them progress through to the Regional Finals. This is even more impressive as it is the team’s second time in a competitive debate. They now stand one round away from the national final.
